UAW Local 2166 2nd Vice President—Jeff Goodwin

Jeff Goodwin begins his 1st term as 2nd Vice President.

At Local 554 he held the office of President, Vice President, and Financial Secretary.

Jeff is a single parent of a beautiful 10 year old girl named Amber.

The Constitution of our Union in Article 40, Section 2, “The vice Presidents shall assist the President in the discharge of his duties, and shall attend all sessions of the union. In case of the absence or incapacity of the President, his duties shall be performed by the Vice Presidents, provided that where there are two (2) or more Vice President, the local union shall determine which of them shall perform such duties.” In other words the union is divided into two departments (administrative and bargaining unit). My job on the administrative side is dictated by the President and the Shop Chairman.
